01THE OVERVIEW

One wallet.
Many networks.

Jaxx Liberty was a multi-asset cryptocurrency wallet associated with Decentral. It brought multiple blockchain assets into one interface, giving people a single place to view and manage supported accounts.

Its premise was simple for its time: interacting with digital assets shouldn’t require a different app for every network. The product is now part of wallet history, but the idea of a unified crypto experience continues.

04SECURITY, ALWAYS

Your keys are
your responsibility.

Wallets don’t physically hold coins. Assets remain on their respective blockchains; wallet software manages the keys used to access addresses and authorize transactions. Anyone with the right credentials may be able to control those assets.

That’s why recovery phrases and private keys must be treated as highly sensitive information—especially when dealing with discontinued software.

THE NON-NEGOTIABLES

Protect what
only you should know.

  • Never publish a recovery phrase or private key online.
  • Do not share wallet credentials with anyone claiming to offer support.
  • Avoid entering recovery information into unfamiliar websites or apps.
  • Do not install software from unofficial download pages.
  • Verify destination addresses before authorizing a transaction.

05FOR FORMER USERS

Searching for
Jaxx today?

Pause before you click.

Discontinued wallet products can attract impersonation. Familiar names, copied interfaces, and prominent search results do not prove that a download or support account is legitimate.

Never enter a recovery phrase into a website merely because it claims to offer a new Jaxx Liberty version. Independently verify the source and current status of any software before considering access to a wallet.

No official new Jaxx Liberty downloadBe wary of third-party pages asking you to install an app or share recovery details.
BEFORE YOU TAKE ANOTHER STEP

Research before
you restore.

Verify the software. Understand the recovery process. Keep every sensitive credential private. If you’re a former user, seek current information from trustworthy, independently verified sources.
